A Bit About Me
A craft, a gift, a passion was birthed in the heart of a young girl and has for so long been seeking an outlet. It has led to a hat which sticks out ever so often from my hats' closet, as a hair braider, stylist and coach. Other hats I wear are; wife, mother, sister, cousin, friend and the list goes on.

With 3 sisters and a host of female friends, I was served very early on in life with a canvas for trial and error, to satisfy my innate calling to manipulate hair, something which gives me immense joy.
I have no formal training in the domain of hair, but over the years I have gained quite some experience which gives me the confidence to proclaim; I know a thing or two about hair braiding, hair styling and general hair care.

That young passion for hair became a real thing once I moved to Canada and saw the vacuum I could fill doing great braids, cornrows and twists for a community that literally starved from the lack of a good hairdresser.
Clients were mostly colleagues from work and friends who would not stop asking questions each time I got my or my sister's hair done.

Moving to New York ( World's capital of hair and fashion), I have come face to face with high level competition which has only enhanced my skill and set me apart in my authenticity in delivering hair that speaks for itself. Its been an amazing journey, one which I speak of each time with glee, passion and the zeal to do more.
